Skimlinks has scooped three of the top awards at this week’s a4uAwards for affiliate marketing - just four months after launching.
The company, which launched in February this year, provides simplified affiliate marketing technology for publishers and walked away with Innovative Publisher of the Year, Best Use of Technology with Affiliate Marketing and the award for Best New Entrant.
Other big winners included Argos, with wins in the retail (merchant) and best use of affiliate marketing as part of an integrated campaign categories.
i-Level scored the affiliate marketing digital media agency of 2009, Vodafone was voted technology and telecoms merchant of the year and VoucherCodes.co.uk was awarded the retail (affiliate) top spot.
Affiliate Window, one of the leading affiliate networks in the UK, walked away with both innovative network of the year and publishers’ choice of affiliate network.
The a4uAwards judges praised Skimlinks’ innovative solution to bring the CPA channel to a wider audience. They said, “Skimlinks takes affiliate marketing in a completely new direction. It simplifies the process for publishers and opens the door for those who have previously not used the channel.”
They added that it was "the most exciting technological development" in affiliate marketing that they hgad seen "in years".
