McDonald’s latest campaign to promote its new Festive Menu features a parody of the classic film, ‘The Great Escape’.
Created by Leo Burnett London the 30 second spot features a young man breaking away from his shopping-mad girlfriend and travelling along a pre-dug tunnel to reach a McDonald's restaurant and a Big Cheese & Bacon from the Festive Menu.
Just as he goes to take a bite his wily girlfriend catches and the escape is foiled.
The ad is being supported by press, outdoor and online.
