A new media platform to display sales and branding messages right at the feet of customers has been launched by fixed entrance matting specialist, Gripfit.
Floor fixed `Mat Media’ offers brand managers and advertisers the opportunity to display their message on the entrance mats of stores, shops, pubs or sports stadia, with the option to print in up to 999 colours onto a highly absorbent textile surface, giving photographic reproduction and high definition graphics.
The product is combines a functional mat, essential for removing dirt and moisture at the entrance to a public area, while at the same time giving advertisings a prime point of sale opportunity.
Gripfit has already secured existing entrance matting contracts with major supermarket and retail outlets, opening up opportunities for sponsored matting, featuring a brand or sales message right at the point of entry to the store.
Short or high run print orders can be produced and mats are supplied with optional maintenance contracts, to maintain a clean and professional image.
The Mat Media flooring medium is hard wearing, highly moisture and dirt absorbent and is safely fixed to the floor using the Gripfit 7.5mm low profile aluminium frame system, to negate the risk of the mat being stolen or removed without authorisation.
The fixed matting system is wheelchair, buggy and trolley friendly, adheres to health and safety guidelines, and provides a safe alternative to loose matting, eliminating the risk of litigation from slips, trips and falls, and confirms to all Health and Safety requirements.
