Donna Karan International's branding partner asked Squeaky Wheel Media to create a unique online promotion for their new fragrance, DKNY Delicious Night.
Keeping in mind the extremely tight deadline to coincide with the multi-channel, nation-wide campaign, Squeaky took up the challenge and delivered a unique interactive experience never before done in the perfume industry.
Squeaky created uncoverthecity.com, a site that engages the user by offering an exciting adventure to the undiscovered parts of New York City with compelling narrative, original photography, video, music and various surprising interactive elements.
The journey begins with a choice of scenarios, giving the user the ability to choose their own path and discover various elements throughout the site. Essentially a visual digital guide of New York City's most interesting places, the site conveys to the user the unique energy of the city through a compilation of actual places and activities, allowing a virtual experience that is authentic.
