Citroen UK have launched a new brand-building microsite based on founder Andre Citroën’s philosophy, spirit and vision: differentiseverything.co.uk
The site will be live for the next 12 months and operates as part of a multichannel brand awareness campaign. Traffic is driven to the site by the campaign which carries the microsite’s URL.
It aims to emphasise Citroën’s strong heritage and tradition of innovation leading into showcasing the future through its story of evolution.
The site shows a timeline journey through Citroën’s history by the illustration of the different approach the brand has always taken in marketing and product.
The visual effects give an artisan, handcrafted feel to the site; the interface is clean and fluid, and the calligraphic font contributes to give a story-tell feel.
The environment is highly interactive, the animation contributes to the journey back and forwards through time, and information is delivered making use of media rich pages, with video a key feature.
