The spread has launched a new campaign to remind consumers who have switched to butter that Flora is made from a blend of heart healthy omega 3 & 6 seed oils and is naturally better for them than the dairy alternative.
Bartle Bogle Hegarty have created a stop frame animation film in a 3D environment for the TV ad which will be supported by a press ad, set to run in the UK this year.
It shows a man, made of seeds, flexing his muscles to demonstrate the health benefits of Flora’s seed-based spread. The man’s heart, made of seeds (of course), is then seen pulsating before he dives into a sea of seeds that then splashes into a tub of Flora Original spread.
Although every single frame was generated in 3D, the overall look is one of retro stop-frame animation. Media is planned and booked by Mindshare.
