Demelza, the leading hospice charity for children has launched a campaign in the London Evening Standard newspaper with the title "Can we come and tell you about Demelza?"
Demelza currently cares for over 450 children and families across the South East in Kent, East Sussex and South London.
They provide nurses who deliver care, love and support for children who are unlikely to reach beyond the age of 19 years and respite for families who are sometimes forced to provide 24 hour a day care themselves.
Chief Executive of Demelza, Ted Gladdish, said, "The advertising is designed to underpin a £6.5 million Capital Appeal. Almost £2.5 million has been raised so far.
“We are seeking the remainder from a variety of business sources and our succinct message ‘Can we come and tell you about Demelza?’ will help us to reach our target."
