Volkswagen owners who tend to opt for low priced parts had to be reminded to choose Volkswagen original parts, to ensure that their Volkswagen will stay a Volkswagen. While the car might look just fine from the outside, one never knows what problems lie beneath the surface.
Director, Vadim Jean, says, “It's what you always dream of in a script for a commercial: a very funny simple idea. In the end Sebastian and Marc (the creatives) wrote a brilliantly simple idea and for me the idea is always king. I wanted the execution to be as simple as possible with as few shots as possible.”
