Juice drink Oasis is back on air this spring with a new campaign that gives lunchtimes a fun and humorous flavour.
The integrated campaign showcases a new brand strapline, ‘Oasis, it’ll go with anything’, highlighting the versatility of Oasis and bringing to life its cheeky personality.
Created by VCCP and featuring the voices of comedians Ruth Jones and Justin Moorhouse, 30-second spots star lovable flirt ‘Oasis’ who chats up popular lunchtime snacks with light-hearted innuendo and irreverent wit. Breaking on screens during primetime Saturday night entertainment on 2nd April, the lead creative sees ‘Oasis’ call on a sassy Scotch egg in her office and, after fun food-flirting, the two have ‘lunch’ before ‘Oasis’ has to quickly put his lid back on before being caught in the act.
A further spot will air on YouTube showing two ‘saucy spuds’ baking in a sauna, chatting about meeting someone ‘big and fruity’ when ‘Oasis’ joins them and causes one potato to lose her jacket. Additional behind the scenes footage and comedy outtakes from the making of the ads will also be available online to entertain viewers.
Further supporting the campaign, high impact 96 sheets and out of home media play on song lyrics and pick up lines to communicate the brand proposition and will appear with taglines including; ‘Shake your Butty’, ‘Wham, bam thank you ham’ and ‘Quiche me baby’. The captivating phrases will also feature on bottle caps alongside revamped Oasis packaging designed to modernise the product and highlight its fruit content.
