McDonald’s has launch its latest brand TV ad celebrating the role of its brand in everyday Britain.
Entitled ‘Symphony’, the ad, created by Leo Burnett, celebrates that ‘There’s a McDonald’s for everyone’.
It shows a variety of people in a McDonald’s restaurant, a range of personalities from all walks of life. Each person is represented by a different piece of music to reflect their personality, and as the film develops the different pieces of music come together to show as different as the people are, they are united in enjoying McDonald's.
Featured in the advertisement are ‘classic’ McDonald’s moments such as sneaking a couple of a friend’s French Fries as they’re not looking, dunking a Chicken McNugget or the anticipation of pulling up to the Drive Thru window to collect an order.
McDonald’s has invested heavily in the customer experience by broadening its menu choices, remodelling restaurants, providing free wifi, strengthening its commitment to the environment and developing bespoke training for its people.
Alistair Macrow, VP marketing, McDonald’s UK and northern Europe, said, “This latest campaign is part of our long-term brand statement, ‘There’s a McDonald’s for everyone’. It’s a chance to celebrate all of the reasons why customers enjoy visiting McDonald’s.”
