DDB UK and Terry’s have launched the latest Terry’s Chocolate Orange campaign celebrating the unique ritual of opening your Terry’s Chocolate Orange – or as the end line tells it ‘Smash it to pieces. Love it to bits’.
It’s long been known that it takes more than a gentle tap to open a Terry’s Chocolate Orange; it’s the much loved chocolate’s charm. The campaign aims to bring to life the fun and inventive methods that people use to get into the delicious, foil-wrapped chocolate.
In the launch ad ‘Bang Bang’, we see an array of everyday people using the first thing that comes to hand to get at the delicious foil-wrapped orange chocolate from shoes to telephones.
“The first Terry’s Chocolate Orange ad marks the start of the festive season, and we’re sure it’s going to get people excited about this delicious chocolate treat appearing in their stocking,” said Brand Manager of Terry’s, Chris Marshall.
“It’s a campaign which reflects the fun and quirky personality of this much loved brand, and will offer great new support for Terry’s Chocolate Orange this Christmas.”
The TV campaign is the first new campaign in three years for Terry’s Chocolate Orange.
