Early Learning Centre has launched its first TV campaign for 20 years with a series of ads that aim to communicate the fun and energy of the brand.
Karmarama, the retailer’s agency, has created two 30-second spots, which feature a toy spokesperson trying to deliver a brand message, who keeps being interrupted by a child having fun with Early Learning Centre toys.
The toy spokespeople are played by Happyland Cowboy and Swampsterz Thunder Jaw, and the voiceover is provided by Dana Carvey, best known for playing Garth in Wayne’s World. This is his first UK commercial.
Early Learning Centre head of brand, Chris Burton, said, “These spots are all about the fun and learning that goes on whilst children play with Early Learning Centre toys.”
The campaign will also feature idents on Nick Jnr, online, social media support, and onsite & in-store presence.
