HGA Creative were commissioned to create a series of four marketing recruitment videos for Kellogg’s.
The videos formed part of an overall recruitment drive and showcased the opportunities that exist by choosing a career at Kellogg’s, alongside the diverse range of lifestyles Manchester caters for.
The main focus of each video centres around testimonials from a variety of current employees pre-selected by Kellogg’s inter-cut with vibrant graphics and dynamic shots of both Kellogg's and Manchester itself.
Each testimonial follows a particular persons ‘story’ and is closely linked to the job being advertised.
“It’s fantastic to produce work for a company with such iconic brands and heritage as Kellogg’s. This heritage and the sense of pride and passion conveyed by its employees was key when developing the treatment for the videos,” said HGA Creative’s Head of Video, Dan Laurence.
“As the world’s leading cereal producer Kellogg’s offer a diverse range of rewarding careers and each video is designed to give an insight into life within the company. The creative treatment we adopted stems from each brand itself, using a vibrant colour palette synonymous with the particular being spoken about.
He added, “For example, the look and feel for the Special K video was fresh and healthy, using lots of white and red in the composition of both shots and graphics.
“The graphics themselves were used as a mechanism to emphasise the key elements being spoken about. Kellogg’s are committed to building great brands and it was important this came across throughout each video with the brand being made the ‘hero’, leaving the viewer in no doubt that Kellogg’s really is the place to be when it comes to working with huge, iconic brands.”
