Still, that’s what Barclays would have us believe is their stance in these troubled financial times.
In this advert from Venables Bell & Partners as part of a US campaign, a man leaves a bar and hits the streets of a city.
But all is not what it seems. People have been replaced by mannequins and the city has been transformed into a theatrical set. Oh woe!
That’s until he bumps into a Barclays and is greeted by a friendly banker.
“Bank on substance,” say Barclays. But as they say in Big Brother, “You decide.”
