Client: Nestle (Aero Bubbles)
Nestle's Aero Bubble's brand has launched this new £7m TV advert in a bid to broaden the appeal of the chocolate treat.
The 60-second spot, 'Feel the Bubbles', features the trickery of Bob Burnquist, a vertical ramp specialist and winner of countless X-Games.
It is also directed by Ty Evans, a man widely recognised and celebrated as the best skateboarding cinematographer in the industry.
Shot at the 40,000 square foot Lake Cunningham Skate Park in San Jose, California, the advert features 50,000 balloons that were blown up by 12 people over four full days.
Each balloon was then placed in the skate park, to create a bubble filled environment.
Clare Heathcote, Aero senior brand manager, said, “We are really privileged to have two fantastic talents collaborate on this commercial. 2009 is set to be a great year for Aero® and Aero Peppermint® in particular and the imagination and expertise put into ‘Feel the Bubbles’ has really made it stand out.”
