KwikFit, the automative retailer, has launched this baffling new campaign to promote its 30 per cent off four Bridgestone or Firestone tyres “which is pretty good don’t you think?”
The TV campaign shows a ventriloquist behind the counter of a KwikFit centre with a dummy. The dummer talks to the customers offering the 30 per cent off deal as the ventriloquist drinks a glass of water.
The customer is left shocked, we’re just scared!
Ventriloquists are cool again though, last month Terry Fator took home the $1 million (£500,000) prize on America’s Got Talent for his ventriloquist trick - his puppet can sing.
Meanwhile, the Kwik Fit fitter is being revived after an eight-year absence. The new campaign promotes the automotive retailer as doing more than just fitting tyres.
