The Home Office has released a new ad to inform employers of new immigration controls to bring in migrant workers from outside the European Economic Area.
It also urges them to apply for a license to sponsor migrants before November 2008.
Created by M&C Saatchi, the ad features a series of hurdles on a racetrack highlighting the new controls.
MD of M&C Saatchi, Richard Alford, said, “The ad is designed to inform employers of their responsibilities in a way that is clean and simple but also tough and unequivocal.”
