Communiqué 360, one of the UK’s leading precision marketing agencies within the travel and leisure industry, has launched the first ever ‘Summer 2FOR1 London’ campaign in conjunction with the Association of Train Operating Companies (ATOC) to promote and drive awareness of ‘2FOR1’ offers available when travelling by train into London with several key Train Operating Companies (TOCs).
The campaign, which was secured by Communiqué 360 following the success of previous campaigns, will be promoted until September 31 on behalf of Southern, Southeastern, First Great Western, First Capital Connect and Chiltern railways.
The campaign sees the participating TOCs combining their media budget whilst sharing the efficiencies of working together to maximise their outreach in encouraging consumers to take advantage of over 100 ‘2FOR1’ offers available at top London attractions, restaurants and theatres when they travel to London by train.
The overall strap line for the campaign is "It’s a bigger adventure, London by train" with activity revolving around key travel hubs along each of the relevant train operating companies’ routes – all of which provide easy access into London.
The campaign will employ a fully integrated approach made up of platinum 48-sheet poster sites, train card panels, regional press and radio advertising as well as cinema leafleting, targeted door drops and digital direct mail sends.
