Where in the world would David Beckham and Snoop Dogg come face to face with Darth Vader? The answer is in a new advert for adidas.
The global sports brand’s Originals line has joined forces with the iconic ‘Star Wars’ trilogy to launch a new limited edition collection inspired by cult figures, scenes and adventures from the film.
It includes Forum Mid AT-AT trainers inspired by the Battle of Hoth, as well as a series of printed tees and track tops.
Key highlights include Luke Skywalker high tops taking colourway and design from Luke’s star fighter uniform and a Darth Vader Superstar track top, complete with cape and light-saber holdall.
“Like adidas Originals, the ‘Star Wars’ brand has a long and rich history of being a leader, leaving an indelible mark on pop culture,” adidas Originals Vice President, Ben Pruess.
“For fans of the films, sneaker heads or those that love fun and fresh designs, the collection gives you the chance to find the force or join the dark side.”
