So we're all now back at work after the Christmas break

Can anyone give me some tips on how to beat the January blues?

I know how you feel, two cups of tea and I was still trying to get back into it this morning.

I find that on a personal level it's best to plan something to look forward to... a weekend away in Jan/Feb or a special night out... that kind of thing.

On a professional level, I just try and throw myself into my work and the day flies in.

If it's any consolation, at least it's a short working week this week
