I am currently employed by a big media agency (cant name names) but I am only earning 13K a year. I work long hours and I feel that I deserve more. Is this normal or is this really the correct pay for a grad? Thanks!

That is defiantely on the low side, you should be on at least £16K and even that is on the low side. Go to client side!!

Wow, I think you're probably being exploited, but then again you didnt specify what you actually work as in the media agency. That's the going rate for a receptionist... ;-)
