There has been a recent increase in the number of online ads, especially in the social networking space. How do people feel about this?

Well I would say I follow the view of most people here and not really take much notice of online adds, even tho you know they are there visually. To me its not the online ads that get to me, its the tracking me down, for instance the website i went to before this one will know I have come on here. The lack of private use of the Internet is unacceptable, its hard to globally regulate the internet.

Online ads are the reasons we can use social networking groups, in that sense they are not always a bad thing. I still feel trust issues are there for security which often makes me feel against online ads. I have use ads which I have used have seemed to be misleading. I would be happy with stronger and tighter regulations.
