| Why does drinking come hand in hand with working in media? I really need to cut down on my drinking but everytime i go out for lunch with clients etc, i end up getting pissed! has anyone got any tips for me?

| I always try to limit my drinking to one or two glasses of wine. Have a soft drink first, and then just have one glass of wine with food if you can manage it. I know it's hard!

| Always check to see what the people you are with are doing. If they order a soft drink and you order a bottle of wine you are going to look like a complete alcoholic- not a good look!
