Who thinks this will work? I think it's a great idea, look at the success of Sport magazine.

It will never work. Sport weekly works because their distribution targets high-end men in gyms and the city that don't read lads mags. So they can sell high value advertising pages. The ad revenue you can get from lads mag advertisers won't stack up to a free model.
