I am constantly being pushed by my boss for sales promotion ideas to save our ailing magazine! Has anyone seen a list of the best of all time?

Have a word with a sales promotion agency like giftpoint- they will be able to tell you their biggest sellers.

I was in Zavvi recently and saw a Smart Box gift - like Red Letter Days but with a fantastic twist!! I'm in conversations with them to use the vouchers to reward my sales team
