| It's been 6 months now and i think it's time for a brainstorm. Any ideas about how to chair this so things don't get out of hand? Last time it turned into a shouting match where only the person with the loudest voice was heard!

| I would section people into groups to work and then feedback into the bigger team in larger group sessions. This way everyone has the chance to speak in the smaller groups and then feedback into the larger group with a spokesperson of best ideas.
