| It's been a year working with my agency- nice people but their work is not up to scratch. Should i persevere with them when they understand the account or put the account out to tender?

| I think you need to find a different agency to be honest. They may be nice people but if they are not producing what is required, there's no point sticking with them just because they're nice!
