| I'm organising an evening party for approximately 150 people and would like to offer free wine and beer for about 4 hours. Any idea how much i should budget for?

| Firstly I would look around and see if any wine or beer companies might donate product for free? If you are inviting an influential crowd and some drinks brands could donate products for branding and awareness at your party. Otherwise I would contact various caterers for costs.
