| Help! I'm better at my job than my boss. What should i do? My boss keeps making big mistakes which i have to sort out and it's starting to get really annoying.

| I also have that problem. I am always clearing up my bosses mess. The way i deal with it is just to make sure she knows i am better, that way she knows how lucky she is to have me- and more chance of a promotion!
