Hello, could anyone tell me how much would it be to hire a few rooms in Excel to accommodate 10,000 people? not the exact price, just about.

and then, if you were to organize an event in the park, what would be the costs associated in doing this as opposed to indoors?

The easiest thing would be to just ask Excel, I would have thought.

As for the park, it depends which park you are talking about.

you must have thought i'm stupid.
well, I could have called Excel, but don;t want to bother the staff with unreal projects
this doesn't mean i don't need a realistic figure to budget it...if anyone knows that'll be great

Excel are super helpful - I've requested a quote from them in the past for an event hosting 10 000. The price is not straightforward and with 10 000 people it gets slightly more complicated. You need to take everything into consideration from the food outlets to who hires the medical staff etc etc.

good luck!

Ask Excel they will not mind that you could be promoting them to other students - future customers. And shows you are more proactive - using more skills. The best way to look at the costs is to right down everything you need from digital signage to pens, staff etc, use this cost to work out how valuable space is to exhibitors and charge the approprate amount.

Finally if this is for a university project and you have to choose the best look at theories including access, location, availability - i.e is Excel easily available - I doubt it so could be a waiting list, facilities - equipment etc.

Hope this is of help
