I undertook a marketing and advertising degree three years ago in a london university.I have been working for a gambling company as a manager and want to embark on a job for the degree that i studied.I have no marketing experience. Any advice on how i go about this?Everywhere i look they expect experience i do not have.Your advice will be highly appreciated.

| That's such a shame that you did not persue your marketing career straight out of uni, that would have been much easier. Marketing jobs do require experience unless of course you are a recent graduate - which you still are. The problem is, you will need to start low down as an assistant or an exec which i doubt you'll like as you are currently a manager. Talk to a careers advice person, they may be able to point you in the right direction.
