I realise these are significantly different options in many ways and this is at the route of my current dilemma.
The consulting offer pays better at entry level and has well-documented accounts of ex-employees moving on to greater things both in consulting and in industry.

Whilst the P&G position offers more advanced early responsibilities and seems more diverse in terms of the skills developed, I am keen to understand the reasoning behind the lower levels of remuneration here and whether it really is an offer I shouldn't refuse. I can see myself fitting well into the job, but also have a background which would probably be suited to the consulting role.

Accounts of the view of P&G Brand Managers in the marketplace and the typical positions they move on to would be really helpful, along with any other general thoughts on the situation I'm in, with 'decision time' imminent!

Thanks a lot.
