I want to compare budget and full service and look at all aspects of the service provided by airlines and how the internet as aided/prevented success. I'm also going to look at how customers have been affected by this and what they think. Is anyone prepared to undergo an online interview for my primary research (must be an plane user at least every year or so). I personally do not think it will work what with all of the competitors around at the moment.
