MCPS protect the artists or the film makers and charge you fees which are passed back to the artists and filmmakers for you covermounting the DVD and CD. I am sure they will also advise on age limits etc too. Otherwise contact the British Film Institute.

Free DVD's

I've seen the newspapers give away DVD's: anyone know the licensing restrictions on giving away DVD's with age limits?
