| My boss is a great man but recently he has been taking all the credit for my work. I am starting to get very fustrated as I work long hours and so often I see him in his office playing games on his computer.

| This situation is not fair. You are doing all the hard work and he is getting all the credit! Next time he tries to take credit for your work, make a point of getting in there first by pointing out that is is your work- not his. He'll soon learn.

| I wouldn't even bother playing him at his own game, just have a quick word with him on the side and explain to him how you feel. On the other hand, showing him up in a meeting would be pretty amusing!

| This happened to meat my last job. I was working long hours with no support from my boss. He kept taking credit for my work, and i was being made to look like i was lazy. I left that job and at my new one i a appreciated for the work that i do! Get out of that job- there are plenty more out there!

| If you have a word with him, he'll possibly not respond very well after-all he's winning in this little set-up. I would look upon it as a way to learn lots of things then get the hell out of there once you have the experience you need. Also you'll be amazed how many people do know that it's you and not him. Just a piece of advice: no good ever comes of telling your boss he is taking all the credit for your work. as he'll see it as effectively delegating and believe you to be a trouble maker. Just keep your head down and look for something else.
