Why is it that every creative ad agency have the most un user friendly websites? For example, if i just need the phone number or the new business director contact, it takes me 20 mins just to get through to the right page!!

Which are the worse contenders? I think Leo Burnett's site is one of the worst- i cant find anything on there!

Mother has to be the worst! You have to go up the stairs, along the hall etc- it's a nightmare trying to find anything!
