Dear all marketers and advertisers;

I am a New Media Journalism and Advertising student and i would like to get into the marketing/advertising side. But as i apply for work it seems that no one will give any form of part time work to eager student.

I am very hard working and i work very well with people of all ages, whether in a group or left on my own.

Has anyone got any idea on who i can contact to start working in these fields. Idealey i am looking to get into the creative field.

Have you been asking for paid work? Unfortunately most companies will not pay a student who just wants to get a bit of experience. It's very unfair but that's what I had to do all those years ago! Does your university organise work placements in holidays, or work shadowing schemes?
