I have been offered a new job for money. However, i feel very loyal to my existing company as i have been there for 5 years. My boss said that if i stay, he will give me a promotion but i still wont be on as much money as if i take this new job.

What should i do?

A tricky situation here. You may like to have another discussion with your boss and tell him what you want and where you want to go.

In this situation I wouldn't put money first, I would put career aspirations first, which offers the best prospects for where you want to go.

Also take into account traveling time and costs.

Follow where you want to go with your career is my advice.
