| I have an interview with an advertising agency next week and i have no idea what to wear. This may seem like a minor problem but i am losing sleep over it- seriously! Do i need to be smart in a suit, or can i go casual and trendy? What do you people wear?

Actually that would be easily solved by finding out what other employees wear. Sometimes it really depends on the individual hiring you. He/she may be the conservative type and would feel more comfortable if someone dressed more smart, but not overdoing it.
But on the other hand the person might be totally fashionable and would be looking to meet someone similar. The image of a business is the most important and you will find employees usually reflect the style of business.
