Is the iPhone going to be exclusive to the o2 network? Or will it be T-Mobile?

I believe they will have a contract just to sell though o2 and keep some sort of exclusivity on the phone. All phones released are any any network and available to anyone. Doing it this way however may limit consumer choice but iPhones wont be in a price war between different service providers and therefore keep a strong image.
