| I have heard that there is a new technology in Canada whereby billlboards have a tracking technology bulit into them to track how many people have viewed the billboard. Does anyone know how much this would cost, how it works, and if it's coming to the UK?

| Apparently it costs $999 and it's a portable device which recognises when eyeballs are actually turned towards the billboard. I'm not exactly sure how this works in reality but it sounds good!
