| I need to rant... Men are STILL getting paid more than women. I thought this was true for more senior positions (which makes my blood boil), but i've just found out that a male colleague gets paid £6K more than me a year and we do the exact same job. This is utterly ridiculous.

| I know its true! I read somewhere that for every £1 a man gets paid, a women gets £80p or something.

| Are you, by any chance, a male 'David'? Funny that. So men get paid more than women, Online Marketing Managers get paid more than 'normal' Marketing Managers. So what if you're a 'normal' female Marketing Manager? You're screwed!
