| Is user generated advertising really the way forward? We had Doritos, then Dove, and now Cadbury's 'Goo Off'. Is this really they way the industry is going?

| It seems to be something talked about a lot recently- cutting out the middle man. Could this be the end of ad agencies?

| There's also McDonald's who have just launched a user generated ad campaign which focuses on 'behind the scenes'. The chosen person will design the campaign alongside TBWA. Should be interesting!

| User generated adverts are generally combined with use of an agency- like the McDonald's one, and also the creme egg one. Ad agencies are still going to have to change the way they work though. Like bigger digital budgets (please).

| Pepsi are inviting consumers to create their own design for the can. The winning design will be be used on 500 million cans. So its not just user generated advertising now, its user generated everything!
