You need a review report at least every 2-4 weeks with their progress. Then you need to actively check that report to make sure they havent made it up!

Yes, you definately need progress reports from them- but i would request them once a week. You need constant communications with them so you know exactly what they are doing, and the timings of each task.

Regular reporting is a must. There are a number of agencies out there who overcharge and don't deliver. Our charges are £250 for pay per click management and £300 for optimising a small website. I believe these are extremely competitive prices.
