The Sun has kicked off 2013 by re-launching its Big Smile Giveaway campaign, a multichannel effort to push through “smile-inducing” promotions and extra content to help readers through the most miserable of months.
The campaign is accompanied by a 60 second spot featuring six year old Ivy Pratt as she sings about the trials of post-Holiday blues.
The spot aired 1st January alongside digital outdoor and in-paper promotions such as holidays from £9.50 and Alton Towers 2 for 1 tickets, scheduled to run for three months.
