It has just added VeCommerce, specialist in speech based intelligent call-steering solutions, to its client list, so further consolidating its substantial experience in the customer relationship management (CRM), call centre and telecoms sectors.
Whiteoaks’ brief is to launch the highly-successful, Australia-based VeCommerce onto the UK market and help it consolidate its current position. The campaign will launch with the announcement of VeCommerce’s first major customer, a household name within the UK Financial Services Industry. The Whiteoaks team will be led by account manager, Sarah Brambley.
According to VeCommerce sales and marketing director, Tom Risbrook, Whiteoaks won the business after a competitive pitch, “because of its extensive experience in both the Contact Centre sector and in our target vertical sectors including banking and insurance.
