Media agency ZenithOptimedia has won Pathfinder's Media Employer of the Year Award for its innovative approach to inspiring its employees. The award was presented at a ceremony held at W'Sens in London.
In its eighth consecutive year, the award is the only one in the industry to recognise media employers for their people management, training and employee retention programmes.
The company fended off stiff competition from PR, Marketing and Media companies, including Intelligent Marketing, Fleishman-Hillard, Flextech Television, Kaizo and TriMedia.
