Time Out Kiev launches on the November 23, and will be the seventeenth city in Time Out’s global network.
To mark the occasion, there will be a launch party on Thursday, November 23, that will draw key figures from the local bohemian society and business world alike, making it a major date in the social calendar.
Time Out Kiev will be published by the highly-respected multi-media corporation, Ukrainian Media Holding (UMH). UMH are long-established market leaders in Ukraine with the country’s widest range of radio, television, print and new media titles.

EDITOR PROFILE: Timur Dorofeev
After graduating from the National University of Aviation in Kiev, Timur went on to study for his Aerospace MBA at ESC Toulouse. Having little interest in aircraft, he discovered his passion for creative writing and painting – which were his main occupation until 2001 when he became an editor of FHM in Ukraine. Timur worked as Deputy Editor of Maxim from 2005 and a year later became Editor of Time Out Kiev.
