Following the retirement of Rik Burrage, Andy Lister has been appointed MD of the performance improvement company Grass Roots. His appointment coincides with the company's 28th birthday and its second consecutive appearance in The Sunday Times' '100 Best Companies To Work For.'
Lister, who is a member of the Chartered Institute of Bankers and holds a Masters Degree in Law and Employment Relations from the University of Leicester, has been running the Employee Benefits arm of Grass Roots since 2001.
Chairman David Evans commented, "Andy was the obvious candidate for the role of Managing Director. He has been the driving force behind the consistently excellent results achieved by the Employee Benefits team over the last seven years, and has clearly demonstrated all the qualities needed to succeed in the top job."
