Following the success of two previous recruitment and retention seminars, Associa has added an additional date to meet demand.
The additional seminar, entitled How to… recruit and then retain your members through straightforward and cost effective marketing activity, will be held on April 15 in London at the National Council for Voluntary Organisations.
High demand for this seminar has lead to the addition of a further seminar being held in April, to accommodate the volume of delegates that wish to attend. Tim Crocker, Head of Marketing at Associa, said “Feedback from delegates has shown that the tremendous success of the seminars can be directly attributed to our ability to identify practical recruitment and retention strategies that they can apply to their own membership organisations.”
Previous attendees include Ruth Bettie, Membership Marketing Manager from Rethink, the leading national mental health membership charity. Ruth said ‘I found the seminar a useful way to gain understanding from tried and tested recruitment and retention strategies. It was valuable to discuss with others the commonality of membership recruitment and retention issues faced by a range of organisations.’
The full day seminar will help organisations to identify common membership issues and provide them with the tools needed to manage their memberships and improve their recruitment and retention strategies. The seminar will use case studies to show tried and tested methods of overcoming membership issues and provide the opportunity for delegates to work through practical examples of recruitment and retention techniques.
This seminar will be an addition to the Associa Best Practice Seminar Programme offering practical advice to membership-based organisations on all aspects of membership management. Full details of the seminar programme can be found at www.associa.co.uk
The delegate fee is just £100 (+VAT) with discounts for multiple bookings. Places are limited to 20 delegates per seminar and are filling up quickly, so booking early to avoid disappointment is recommended.
